When you take the Compass Check, we collect your first name, email address, consent status, consent date, your quiz answers and scores, your final result, and any optional reflection responses you choose to type. We also record clicks on the guide and consultation links.

How we use it

We use your information to send you your quiz result, occasional supportive notes, and information about the Return to North Guide or a personal consultation. We do not sell your information.

Sensitive information

The Compass Check is an educational self-reflection tool. We do not collect detailed health or medical information. Reflection questions are optional.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe or update your email preferences at any time. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
